For the 50th Episode of the Podcast at Delphi.org it has been decided that the tables should be turned on Jim and that he should be answering questions instead of asking them!
As such we would like any and all questions that you might have for Jim, on his development philosophies, his role with RemObjects Software and indeed anything else you may care to ask.

Why did RemObjects ever develop Oxygen a Pascal variant?
I am curious to know as to why did RemObjects ever develop Oxygen as a Pascal variant?
Of course I have not used Oxygen beyond beta but I observed that it is adding many features that an average Pascal/Delphi developer will not want in a compiler?

Who's more likely to be around in 10 years, Delphi or Oxygene, and why?
Once Embarcadero figures out that selling "enterprise services to leverage synergistic opportunities" brings in more money than developing a good IDE, Delphi will be discontinued the same day. Nobody will notice, because the only alive developers that are still using Delphi have alzheimer and/or are retired.
Oxygene will slowly turn into C#. Begin/end will be dumped in favor of curly braces to achieve 100% source-compatibility with C# instead of Delphi pascal.
The question is: which of these two will occur first?
